We are looking for polished and service-driven Waitstaff to join our team!
You will help create exceptional guest experiences by delivering attentive, personalized service with professionalism and grace. As a Server, you will be the face of the dining room—engaging guests, anticipating needs, and consistently executing the service standards that define our restaurant.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standards environment and takes pride in every detail, from table presentation to guest rapport. You love hospitality, understand the flow of a well-run floor, and work seamlessly with your teammates.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests promptly and warmly, taking food and beverage orders with accuracy and enthusiasm
- Guide guests through the menu with confidence, including daily specials and featured cocktails
- Deliver beverages and courses in a timely, professional manner
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing section throughout service
- Support your teammates by running food, assisting with table maintenance, and jumping in where needed
- Process guest payments and manage checks with efficiency and integrity
- Resolve guest issues with poise, professionalism, and urgency
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of serving experience in a full-service restaurant
- Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer with a willingness to learn more
- Excellent communication skills and a confident, warm demeanor
- Ability to stay composed and focused under pressure
- Comfortable multitasking while maintaining high standards of service
- Detail-oriented, punctual, and dependable
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends
